Basco Announces New Pricing & Reference Guide

Basco is excited to announce a new Pricing and Reference Guide effective January 1st, 2023, combining RODA heavy glass models and Basco Core models into one convenient and easy to use reference guide. The new Pricing and Reference Guide:

  • Replaces two current books (RODA and Basco Core).

  • Is organized by configuration and presented from most popular to least popular.

  • Presents products in a Best, Better, Good order, so you will find RODA products first, followed by Basco Core products.

  • Includes several new products, product changes, and product discontinuations, as well as pricing updates. Please see below for each of these important changes.

The new Pricing and Reference Guide is now available on our Basco and RODA pages, or can be accessed directly by clicking the button below. We hope you will take this opportunity to download the new Pricing and Reference Guide and familiarize yourself with many of these important changes. Please note that printed copies of the Pricing and Reference Guide are being generated and will be mailed as soon as possible, and an updated Excel version will be provided as soon as it is available.

New Products

Product Changes

Please note the following product changes:

  • RODA heavy glass models now offer standard height pricing, instead of “Up To” height pricing, matching the format of the Basco Core products.

  • Celesta bypass model numbers have changed from 2850/3850 to CELH-905 for both tub & shower.

  • RODA heavy glass headerless pivot hinges no longer have their own model number. There is now an adder option on the configurations where available.

  • Classic bypass models (3400/3500) have become standard size only with limited glass and finish options.

  • New stock filler program (pages 88-89).

  • Infinity single swing door (1400) height changed to match the Deluxe single swing (100).

  • RODA standard sized models have been grouped together for easy reference (pages 80-83).

Discontinued Products

Basco has also removed the following products which have become obsolete or are no longer available:

  • Vinesse (VINA-935) & Vinesse Lux (VNXA-935)

  • Cantour (CANA-935)

  • Geolux Shower Screens (GEOA/N-910, GEOA/N-920, GEOA/N-930)

  • Celesta Shower Screens (CELA-910, CELA/N-920, CELA/N-930)

  • Specialty hinges for Tresor, Vonse & Geolux collections

  • Bottom Rolling Doors (VONB-935, GEOB-935)

  • Classic Single Swing Door (3600)

  • Classic Door & Panel Models (126, 136, 146, 151, 161)

Pricing Updates

  • You will have one multiplier for both RODA and Basco Core products.

  • Base (Clear/Chrome) pricing has not increased since August 1st, 2022.

  • Adders (glass options, finish options, additional options) have received a 10% increase.

  • AquaGlideXP has been standardized to $100 per panel.

  • Dresden, Geolux, Tresor, Vonse & Lux collections is now more competitively priced with the handle being the primary driver in the difference between the models.

  • Geolux, Tresor, Vonse and Lux now have the same price by configuration.

  • The Matte Black finish adder has been more competitively priced and matches Brushed Nickel and Oil Rubbed Bronze.
