Basco Provides Lead Time Update for January 12th, 2022

We regret to inform you that due to a delayed shipment, Basco is currently experiencing extended lead times (15 business days) for the Infinity 4400/4500 Bypass Doors in Chrome (SV), Almond (AP), Antique Pewter (QP), Bronze (BR), Burnished Copper (CU), Satin Nickel (SN), and White (WP).

On a positive note, Basco is now able to return the Infinity 4400/4500 Bypass Sliders in Brushed Nickel (BN), Brushed Bronze (BB), and Brushed Gold (BG) to our normal 5 day lead times. Oil Rubbed Bronze (OR) and Matte Black (WI) finishes are shipping normally as well.

We appreciate your patience as Basco works through these continued supply chain challenges - Basco is working diligently to procure the needed material as quickly as possible. We will notify you when these models are back to their normal lead times.
