Grundfos Announces New Digital NEXT Hot Water Recirculation Pumps
Grundfos is excited to announce the release of the Digital NEXT hot water recirculation pumps designed to accommodate both new construction (dedicated hot water return line) and retrofit (no recirculation line) applications. The new ALPHA HWR and ALPHA COMFORT SYSTEM recirculation pumps offer components that communicate digitally, eliminating wasted time finding the right pump setting, locating malfunctions and troubleshooting, and much more. A built-in Bluetooth timer enables you to find and set the optimal parameters with the Grundfos GO app, ensuring the pump is only running when hot water is used. Additionally, the Grundfos GO app provides historical data on flow, head, on-cycles, and temperatures to monitor performance and identify recirculation system errors quickly.
Grundfos ALPHA HWR
ALPHA HWR is designed for domestic hot water recirculation systems with a dedicated return line. It features an integrated estimator for temperature estimation and scheduling via the built-in digital timer. With ALPHA HWR you get the pump, timer, and temperature sensor built into one solution that’s digitally connected. Enjoy easier installation by setting the timer on your phone and adapting the system with AUTOADAPT, eliminating the need for an aquastat.

Grundfos ALPHA COMFORT SYSTEM
ALPHA CS is designed for domestic hot-water recirculation systems without a dedicated return line. It comes with a bypass valve with a thermal actuator to control flow back to the heat source, and offers scheduling via the built-in digital timer. The ALPHA COMFORT SYSTEM also has a built-in Bluetooth timer that can be easily set via the Grundfos GO app. With this flexibility, you won’t depend on the physical placement of hard to access physical timer.
