Mansfield Announces Improved Lead Times

Order limitations previously announced by Mansfield this past October have resulted in a reduction of their order backlog and a significant increase in items shipped, the most since March of 2020. Mansfield has also made significant improvements in shipments of Alto family products as production has come online in Mexico and Colombia, as well as improvements in Perrysville with stabilization of the workforce.

Mansfield anticipates supply will continue to outpace shipments on key items, and has provided updated lead times for all products. Mansfield will remain on allocation throughout the remainder of December and January – please look for an update for the remainder of 2022 coming in January.

Bathware will continue to hold the lead times provided in August, which is 2 weeks on the Seamless Freestanding tubs, 12 weeks on the Pro-Spec Series, and 6 weeks on all other products. Vortens lead-time has been reduced from 8 weeks to now 6 weeks on all products. Mansfield does have significant inventory of ADA Elongated bowls (1047/1083) if immediate product is needed.

We thank you for your continued patience over the past several months considering Mansfield’s difficult decisions to reduce the backlog and implement a period of allocation. Mansfield’s production is now in a significantly improved position, and looking forward to continued acceleration of getting as many products to you as possible.
