Peerless is pleased to announce that the Precept Bath Expansion and ADA Tub Shower with 36” Grab Bar are now open for order. These products are available in three finishes: Matte Black, Brushed Nickel, and Chrome.

Lav Features:

· Single handle faucet fits 1- or 3-hole 4-inch installations

· Two handle centerset bath faucet

· Optional 6-inch deck plate included for 3-hole installations

· Metal push pop-up drain assembly in matching finish (included) is ADA compliant and simple to install, operate and clean

· Ceramic disc valve

· Red/blue indicators

ADA Tub & Shower with Hand Shower Features:

· For use with MultiChoice Universal rough-in valve body (R10000 Series)

· Red/blue markings on escutcheon for hot/cold

· Shower head with 6 spray settings - full body spray, massage spray, full spray with massage spray, focus spray, full spray with focus spray, and pause

· Hand shower with 6 spray settings- full body spray, massage spray, full spray with massage spray, focus spray, full spray with focus spray, and pause (push button)

· Hand shower with 72" stainless steel hose

· Wall elbow with brass waterway included

· Max flow rate 1.5 gpm @ 80 psi, 5.7 L/min @550 kPa

· (When applicable), three function diverter - 2 individual positions, 1 shared position. Order R11000 rough-in for diverter.
